Kip and Joe
Kipling Lee and Joe Amaral own Innovative Exteriors & Interiors. Kip and Joe are both available for in-home estimates. Joe runs the installation with paid crews, after six years owning a gutter company. Kip has 40 years in home improvement.

Yes. Request a seasonal installation quote. We will review their condition, compatibility, and the areas you want decorated.
Can I use permanent lighting beyond Christmas?
Yes. Choose a look for holidays, celebrations, and everyday lighting. The exact controls depend on the system we install, and we confirm those with you before the work.
Is the visualizer a final quote?
No. It is a design preview and a budget estimate. We confirm measurements and installation conditions before quoting.
Can I combine lighting with gutter work?
Yes. We can quote the services together and explain available bundle savings on the written estimate.
